Post Tysons Corner is a wonderful place to live! I have been moving around the DC Metro area for two years now, and this is the first time my apartment has felt like home. Not only are the units beautiful – Huge kitchens, spacious living areas, more than ample closet space, lots of storage, upgraded features, in-unit washers and dryers, even a dry bar – But the staff is amazing. Brahim assisted me through the whole process and it felt very short. The maintenance crew shows up for your requests right away, and the cleaning crew does a wonderful job

Moved in to Post Tyson’s corner in August. It has been a great moving experience. Worked with Brahim from leasing office. He was fast to respond with any questions I have and made the moving process a lot easier. The location is great and the apartment is very clean and in a great condition. No issues so far.

I've lived here for almost two months and everything has been great. Brahim in particular went above and beyond to help me get the apartment and make sure everything was good after I moved in. My move to the DMV in general was very stressful: pretty much everything was going wrong and I had a deadline of when I needed to have a place before I started this new job I got. Other apartment buildings would be taken between the time I toured them to the time I went home to apply or the other apartments staff would literally ghost me after I applied and paid application fees. I was so stressed I even cried when I came to tour Post Tysons Corner. Brahim was amazing, he stepped in and made sure I found an aparment way within my budget, that was available for immediate move-in, helped me apply the same day while I was there, and got me approved and signed within the day and the following day. He pretty much did what every other apartment I visited couldn't. Even after I moved in he would call and make sure everything was going smoothly for me and would answer every email I had sent him even if it was as small as asking where my mailbox was. I had a couple of maintenece requests after I moved in and they were taken care of the next day without any problem. The apartment is big and spacious with big windows, love the big balcony, and having a parking garage, in-unit washer/dryer, plus an elevator is a major plus.

Pros: The application processes was easy. The leasing consultant Brahim Wariaghli was super helpful and knowledgeable. The leasing staff seems friendly. The apartment is nice and appliances are good. I love the keyless entry and the other smart home features provided. Cons: Dog waste. There is lots of it at the dog park and some sidewalks.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.

Once you’ve chosen a community, click on the “Tour Your Way” button to request a tour. You can set up a time to talk with an agent or ask for additional information to be emailed or sent via text message.
When you’re ready to apply, click on the Apply Now button to begin the application process. Follow the instructions to fill out the application and hit submit when you’re ready. You can also return to your application by clicking on the Resident Login button if you don’t complete your application on your first attempt.
