Great performances

I've played in many venues across the country as a touring musician...this is the best of the best. Not just for the great hall, but everything that goes with it! Rooftop bars/restaurants, hotel, Wegmans...next level.

Wavering on less stars. Played a concert here yesterday, the audience seemed to enjoy themselves. Sound crew was pretty useless, ran 35 minutes late on a 2.5 hour time frame, mixing was not great on stage. A little convoluted getting backstage, food is not allowed and there is security which only allows water and checks bags. Very cold venue. Decent sized stage. Didn't really explore elsewhere in the venue apart from the stage, ended up next door at Wegmans for lunch and a coffee. Parking was relatively easy and getting in and out was a breeze. Overall, I'm underwhelmed, but would consider going to a show here to see from the audience's perspective.

Yes
I would call the venue and ask to get a definitive answer.
There is a small pit area but usually have folding chairs. Sit and really enjoy a performance! Not a body surf pit....
I suggest you call
Yes. There is parking garage under the entire block with elevator taking you to the proper floors and exits. Sorry I don't know the exact distances but there's plenty of options.
We ate at the Wegmans. They have quick food options and a little bar which is fine for beer and wine. It has full bar options, but very slow.
I really don't know but what ever district is capital one hall is in its a great district to be in
Yes! If there are any available, you can get them at the box office up to 2 hours before the show. And all tickets are cheaper in general if you get them at the box office!
You should get there at least an hour before the show especially since you have a VIP pass. COVID checks make lines longer than usual. I am not sure about whether the photoshoot will happen before or after the show which I think it will benefit you to arrive earlier just in case it's before the concert! Congratulations, enjoy the show. I hope this works.
Enjoying the incredible talent that steps into Capital One Hall. You will be transformed by the talent, architecture of the building and the person you just might in the elevator by saying Hello. Go and have that rich experience then you inspire someone else to do the same as I did! It's a place where talent lives!

Hi Kathie - Our box office is only open for in-person sales. Any tickets purchased online or over the phone will be with Ticketmaster. Thank you!
Hey Bob! 1600 Capital One Drive North will get you to event parking. Look for our awesome parking attendees directing guests.
You should be fine. They just look to see that it matches your driver's license
There were workers in Yellow vests directing guests into the parking lot located in the same building as the venue.
The entrance floor doesn't require you to take any stairs to enter. From there, there is an elevator to take you to any of the floors - orchestra, balcony 1 or balcony 2 seats.
Not sure. It may depend on the show. We attended something and bought tickets on Ticketmaster.
It was a flat $10 for the evening when we saw the symphony there. Plenty of parking in the adjacent garage.
Bring with you. Process is less then a minute.
