So while living there I had no bad experiences. The building is well maintained, the maintenance is prompt. But once I left the horrible experience started. Due to some lease issues I paid 600$ extra for my last month's rent, and they promised I will get that money after I leave along with my deposit. After few weeks I received my deposit back after deducting some reasonable amount. But I have been calling them and mailing them since then for my 600$. It's been close to 4 months and they keep saying the same things when I call them. They don't have a customer care number for the business side who can answer my questions. The leasing team don't know what to do. And I myself don't know what I can do to get my money back. So if you are moving in make sure that you settle everything before you move out.

We extremely love the apartment so we made our contract and we choose the Nouvelle as our home .we made our contract and we will move soon because Nouvelle apartment is really great, we like every thing in this building, the apartment ( the appliances, the design, the location and view ), the hallway, the lobby the gym,… is really great. that is exactly what we are looking for.
