New construction....had impact, e, tinted, insulated installed ....5 years old. At year 4 one large fixed glass seal failed. Glass covered under warranty, but took 6 months to get in. $1000 labor to install failed garbage product. Year 5 2nd large window seal failed & foggy. I dread making the call as I know it will cost me another $1000. STAY AWAY from this garbage product.

The must expense windows the installer sales and 9 out of 13 defective out the box. This was confirmed my the CWS rep. Truly poor customer service to correct issues. Has taken 6 months, five service visits and they still aren’t fixed yet. I can only imagine what warranty service will be like. I am saddled with a big misfit. Don’t waist your money.

Hi, Susan the majority of the windows come with a warranty depending on how long ago the window was purchased. I would suggest contacting the previous owner although that does not guarantee anything because any agreement and or contract would be directly with them and not you. Also the sash could turn out to be very affordable if you choose to by a new one which would probably be less of a headache.
CANDLE WAX IN THE GUIDES HELPS. IF ADJUSTING THE FRAMES DOESNT, BUT BY NO MEANS USE SILICON ,WD 40 OR OTHER LIKE PRODUCTS
