Old dog feces was left in my room. Sadly discovered it while putting my kids to bed and luckily we didn’t step in it. Hotel offered another room but I was just beyond done because we had been experiencing dog smell throughout the elevators and hallways to get to our rooms. Especially since they allow pets, they need to step up on the cleaning. Hilton brand now allow pets at all their hotels so we will not be spending any more nights with them.

Great place was busy and full of kids Staff was fantastic. Only gave 4 starts to be honest. Someone needs to clean the bathrooms better a lot of mold build up i On the tiles and on the shower heads. A little clorox clean up goes a long way.

I really wanted to like this hotel. Our family came in for a special weekend for my Grandmother, but from the time we checked in, it was just blah. Usually we are greeted with a great front desk clerk, but not this time... I can overlook that sort of. The biggest headache about this stay, was that the bathroom showers have TERRIBLE drainage! When you go to shower, the water does not drain as you wash, so you are literally standing in the water that you are washing off of yourself. It felt gross! It makes the hotel feel cheap, when the water does this. It ruined the whole stay and made it uncomfortable. We would never stay here again.

Surprisingly bad experience. Front desk area is lovely, staff was very nice, but that is all that was good. Horrible noise insulation--could hear neighbors, traffic, the elevator dings, and all the fans outside my window, even with ear-plugs it was too noisy to sleep well. There was a large gap around main room door letting in light, which essentially negated the benefit of the blackout curtains. Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. Basically slept on the pillows. Security detail was watching a room next to mine. Was told I'm "safe" and nothing more about it. No amenities included. No hot food included in breakfast unless a "to order" breakfast was purchased at a higher cost, even though the hot foods were buffet style behind the counter. Yogurt, pineapple, and canned mandarin orange slices for breakfast was $7. Got the room for a business trip, so I must have somehow selected the only option with no breakfast or wifi included, as every other hotel included these. Maybe my bad experience was just compounding failures on my part, but I did not expect to fare worse than a cheap motel. Would advise against rooming here.
