This hotel is very clean and the staff are very professional.a young lady named bria helped me. I was hungry and I asked her for cereal. And she gave me cereal and milk. No other people at other hotels would do that. God bless her.

My grandson was medically transferred to the Pooler area unexpectedly. We had 24 hours to find a hotel and solely depended upon reviews. Thank goodness we considered pettiness of some travelers, when reading the negative ones! Our shower & bathroom was clean and well stocked. Zero evidence of bedbugs (1st thing I checked). The breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The staff....I can't say enough good things about them! My daughter and I traveled without our spouses, and was a bit nervous. These folks made us feel right at home.

The hotel lobby is a facade to make it appear as if you're staying in a nice hotel. However, when entering our room the nightmares begin. Room had a horrible stench, curtains consist of stains, old television along with the foot long remote that didn't work, lamp shades showed signs of food and the bed linens were full of someone else's hair. I had to visit the local Walmart up the street to purchase new bed sheets, pillows and a blanket to ensure my safety and body would not contract some type of rash. OMG! After spending $55 dollars on sheets, pillows and a blanket and placing it on the bed. When I laid down I immediately thought I was on the ground due to the bed being so hard like a huge square brick. We paid $207 per night, and after complaining to the person working the front desk he offered to give us an $80 discount. Thanks for trying to ratify the situation, but I will never recommend nor stay at another Comfort Inn Suites Savannah Airport just to be close to the surrounding attractions and area. Horrible experience 😪 😢 to share and to have to endure. On top of all of this the hotel was actually sold out. Why is the question I asked with the poor quality of their hotel rooms.

Full disclosure, I did book my room the same day as my stay so booking in advance may yield better results. Check in was great, front desk staff was friendly, quick, and the service was great. The property as a whole is nice although may be a bit outdated. I was disappointed with my room however. Everything was clean and tidy but first thing when walking into the suite, I was greeted with a giant conference table taking up the entire living area. Next the amenities in the room were all older and nothing worked as it should. The thermostat was a fight to get the AC to turn on, the tv remotes were dying and I couldn't adjust the volume of the tv at all, and I could change channels from bed. Speaking of the TV's, they were very outdated, small, and only got a few cable channels. The bathroom was overall clean but still just felt a little grungy with staining on the ground, moldy grout, and some scratches and marks on the vanity. Overall I wouldn't stay here again. I love the Comfort Inn brand for being pet friendly and affordable, but this property really needs some updating to bring it up to the rest of the brand
