A comfortable room but no internet- requested another room but it was refused and had to spend the next hour and half with a contracted IT company who failed to find the problem. I had to go into the passage way to get internet connection. Substandard Marriott service.

Very disappointed. There are better options in the area stay somewhere else. Not the worst hotel ever but I was disappointed. The shuttle took over 35 minutes to arrive at the airport and it’s a 6 minute drive away. Could have walked and been in my room sooner. When I called after 20 minutes I was told they should be there soon. Same thing at 30. Check is was actually easy. The desk clerk was nice and the lobby was. I’m not a clean freak but my room was not clean enough. It was also a bit beat up with something missing off a wall, and lots of fairly minor damage that showed lack of attention to detail to fix it. The back of the bathroom door had something brown on it. There was a dirty spot on the floor and the toilet. They did discount the room. Since they were full and couldn’t move me.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip. Very convenient to interstate, outlet mall shopping and gas and chain restaurants. The staff was professional yet friendly, the rooms clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had hearty scrambled eggs and sausage in addition to waffles and the lighter fare.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from 10/09/2021-10/11/2021 and the staff there was amazing. The area the hotel was in was safe and clean and the facility looks well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and always stocked with toilet paper. When i went to get breakfast the person at the area was very nice and helpful and answered any and all questions I had. The restaurant offers a hit breakfast that consists of waffles that you can make yourself. Two different kinds of sausage, omelets, cereal, granola bars, etc. My room was super clean and neat and smelled nice. Overall I had no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.
