Most of the stay was about what I expected. My family uses Hilton hotels quite often for both business and leisure, so I'm familiar with the general level of service. I only had two issues: first, when I was checking in, I was returning with a friend from Tybee Island, so we were in beach clothes (not bathing suits, however) and carrying some beach things with us. While giving us the usual welcome, the staff seemed very hesitant about us being there, almost as if we weren't good enough. Second, there is no allocated parking for the hotel aside from the valet, which costs 39 dollars per day. My friend and I chose to park in a different deck for far less which ended up being much more convenient, but it's odd that the only hotel parking is valet. Overall, it was fine, but not usually what I get from Hilton hotels.

This place was great! The breakfast was delicious and filling every morning. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy! Currently the pool is closed for a remodel so you can use the pool across the street. Guest service was good. You can’t beat the location, everything is in walking distance. Even though you’re on a busy street the room is quiet. I would 100% stay here again.

The location is wonderful and the rooms and lobby were clean and classy. They ran out of late check- outs quickly so ask early if you are interested. Also, when we asked, the staff at the front desk said they were unable to store our 3 bags until we were ready to leave later in the day (though right in front of us they told another guest they could store their bags). They recommended we ask the valet parking staff about storing our bags. The valet staff was about to accommodate us. There is no free parking and valet parking is $30/night.

Great location. Helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the view was of a dirty back alley but I don't think the hotel can fix that. Everything else was great!

There is on site valet parking. It is $30 a night and you can come and go as you please. If you want something cheaper, there is a public parking garage across the street but it is usually full.
