The staff was welcoming and checking in was a breeze. The room itself was fine. The air conditioning was awesome. No pool. Absolutely not sound proof! Now I know why the couple ahead of us checking in kept asking for a top floor room. Will not stay at this one again simply because of the noise.

** UPDATE ** I did get the money back eventually but they actually double charged me then gave the discounted rate back and it cause my account to have an overdraft, which they refused to pay. Also I accidentally left steps there for my service animal and was told they would send them back but never have. Thieves and liars run the place. Wouldn’t ever stay here again!! The rooms were clean and the beds comfy and that’s all I have nice to say about it. They charged me for a pet fee on a service animal and was told upfront it’s a service animal. We’re supposed to refund that amount and instead charged my card AGAIN for the amount minus the pet fee. Then sent me a message telling me that they refunded $39, which they say is $35 x 4 nights. Should be $140. We didn’t get any sleep there so why stay somewhere again that you can’t sleep. Upstairs people constantly stomping and making noise. Was told they would take care of it and they did not. Definitely Not staying again.

Got in early evening and check in was a breeze. The place smelled very fresh, and we got complimentary water and a snack. Room was clean and not carpeted, which I loved. Bathroom was spic and span and the linen was all fresh, no odors or odd stains anywhere. The beds were comfy. My 4night stay was good, and morning free breakfast was decent enough to please all 3 room guest each day. Parking lot was well lit, and lobby and halls. Staff and patron were all very friendly. Hotel is dog friendly, yet the pets were quiet. Nearby was something for everyone as well from shopping malls, plazas and eateries…A really cool, bright, welcoming place.

Great hotel! On of Hilton hotels with best pillows and storage space in rooms. This location is close to shopping and lounge for drinks and nighlife. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Rooms were really clean. Love the 25 hour snack bar, free coffee and water station. Pool table was a bonus.
