Like any other place, there are some things that could be better. We were given a handicap room, even though we didn't request one. We stayed 4 nights and they serviced our room once. If you book a room with enough sleeping space for 6 people, why only provide 4 towels? You could hear the plumbing from neighboring rooms, which was a little annoying. Dogs barking through the night after driving 16 hours was extremely bothersome. Breakfast was okay, everything was the same every morning except they would change out the pancakes, to french toast sticks or to frozen biscuits. Right at 930, they were cleaning and putting food away. The first morning a worker advised they were short on bowls so my kiddos ate cereal out of a glass. No biggie but really a shortage on bowls? We finally got a drink at the "bar" the last night and the receptionist had no clue what she was doing. They were out of so many ingredients, the menu options kept getting smaller and smaller. Our room was clean for the most part, found a jolly rancher by the door that was stuck to the floor. The handicap folding bench was molding underneath. Only one remote control worked for 2 TV's. If we ever visit Savannah again, we will try the Hyatt off the River District.

This was our halfway point while moving across country. The rooms were so big and comfy, and accommodated my husband and I along with our 3 kids, 3 dogs, and even our fish very comfortably. It was a much needed rest after being in the car that long!

Positive: Staff was nice and room was clean. Negative: I was there for Friday and Saturday night and I thought that they would have change the sheets and gave me clean towels without asking. Not complaining or anything. I will definitely be back. Maybe the price should have been a little cheaper.

I am here as I’m writing this. I have to say I only give it three stars because of the great staff. Otherwise, they’d be getting a one star from me. The walls are paper thin, you hear EVERYTHING. I know when the neighbor uses the bathroom, I can hear the water running from the toilet and faucet. And each time a guest opens their door, it SLAMS shut. I have my 17 month old sleeping and she is not used to sleeping with such noise. After a long day of traveling I stopped to enjoy a nice quiet night at a hotel before another 14+ hours on the road tomorrow. What a waste.
