Stayed here while on a business trip to the Savannah area. Hotel is in a good location with many stores & places to eat nearby. Good sized rooms. We were on the first floor but didn't experience any noise from outside or above our room. Room was clean. Included a desk that doubled as a table. Had a small refrigerator, sink, coffee pot & microwave. There was a full complimentary breakfast available in the morning that was very good with plenty of seating. No issues during our 3 night stay. The parking was convenient with additional space in the back. Lot was well lit in the evening. Overall, we found the Pooler area seemed nice & safe. The hotel & surrounding places were family friendly & we felt safe shopping at night. In addition, the hotel did a fine job hosting our business event.

I am currently staying here, and i must say the staff so far is great from the bartender, Carmelita to the front desk (sorry forgot her name) But the rooms are outdated, the food menu smaller than my last stay 2 month ago. and the Happy Hour is now limited to 2 drinks GREAT LOCATION but the place needs some TLC in the room, hallways and outdoors. But i gave it 4 star for the staff. I have a few more days, so hopefully it stays that way.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and evening reception. Room was clean. Our room was Non smoking, but on the same floor as smoking rooms so the hallway had a smokey odor. Only major downside is it's a ways away from downtown, so we spent a lot of time driving in and out of the city, but that was our bad for not researching the location better before booking. It's kinda out of the way away from anything.

Overall it is an excellent place. It is your typical Embassy. I didn't give it a 5 star because the rooms needed a little attention. The room was missing 3 important items: iron, iron board and the do not disturb sign. Everything was easily corrected. The entrance door to the room needs to be fix, very hard to open. I will report the door on my departure day.

Yes they do. If you are a registered guest they have a complimentary happy hour, I believe it's from 5PM to 7PM. You have to double check on the time, but with every stay at Embassy Suites you get complimentary breakfast (hot breakfast, not just continental breakfast) and happy hour. If you aren't a member of Hilton Honors you should sign up to earn your points for free night stays. Check in & check out are a breeze when you're a member. I have been a member well over 10 years and I will always look for Hilton brand hotels to stay in. Sometimes the even run great specials giving discounts on the room! You will enjoy Savannah & not be disappointed with the hotel!
They have handicapped rooms ,,,,I would call the hotel direct for the details.
To be specific, they are serving in an individual type basis. A single file line that is socially distanced with disposable plates and utensils are also provided. No one without correct PPE is allowed to handle food or serve.

I don't think so, the van will take you to the airport
