My husband and I stayed here for the long weekend and my experience was in one word: DESPICABLE! The room was adequate at best, it felt like I was living in the 90's with old furniture, old TV, and even after promising a lake-side view, they lied! Bathroom was old and smelled very funky, and almost no ventilation! When we checked out, I accidentally left my electric toothbrush ($100 worth!) and after I called about 5-6 times they claim there was nothing left! I will never stay at this hotel ever again! I strongly recommend to everyone to AVOID this hotel like the plague!! Luckily, there are at least five other hotels around the area, which are much more highly rated.

Positive: The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The location was not far from the all the attractions and shopping. Negative: The hotel only changes sheets and towels if you ask. When I ask for towels they did not have any available and the lady said she would bring some up and it never happened. This was my only complaint other than that it was a great hotel.

Check-in process was excellent! Arrived later in evening, around 11pm, and was treated professionally and courteously by staff. Had issue accessing my room. Gentleman that checked me in, David, immediately offered to come up to the room and ensure I had access the second time. That was a strong customer service oriented way to respond to an issue and ensure that it was corrected. I was very impressed by the professionalism. Room is clean, amenities are very nice. Would highly recommend! This hotel is worth a stay.

Good standard hotel room. Bed was very comfortable. I did find a few hairs on the bathroom floor that weren't ours, but otherwise the room was clean. Hand soap was missing from the bathroom but I didn't ask the front desk for some. Impressed by the wide selection for the continental breakfast - waffles, sandwiches, cereals, fruit, etc. Staff was extremely friendly - every staff member, from the front desk to maintenance, greeted us as we crossed paths.
