Showed up tonight at 11:45pm with 2 rooms booked only to find out they really had only 1 room left and no solution at the front desk. I am very loyal to Marriott and they put the ball in my court to figure things out with zero help from the useless front desk. My employee is at the residence hotel and I am now sitting in my vehicle trying to find a room close. Very upset and very unhappy. Be cautious if you book here if your running late they might sell your room. Whatever the case may be I would not stay here ever again or recommend this place. There are better hotels and I was just trying to be a good steward of my money only to be burned after a full days travel to Savannah.

From check in to check out everything went smoothly. The hot breakfast was decent and the staff was very helpful. The room was neat and spacious. The best experience about this hotel is that we left our jacket there and the staff reached out to us via email. She was very helpful on helping us receive our package back! Great customer service! We will definitely go back if we need to stay in that area. Great price as well!

We stayed only one night but I will give it 4 stars. We had a king bed suite and our two dogs stayed with us. The room was adequately clean and quite spacious. Our room was at the end of the hall and it was very quiet which was great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The lobby was large and attractive. There was plenty of space to walk the dogs outside and plenty of parking. The only constructive comment I have is it appears to be a bit short-staffed but we only stayed one night and didn't have any need for assistance. We would consider staying there again.

Positive: Location is great. Offers rooms with 2 tv's,which is a must. Breakfast choices a pretty good. Negative: Rooms/furnishings could use a more thorough cleaning. Manager was grear, some other employees seemed to have dont care attitudes. Obvious cleaning staff never bothers to check under beds or pull up beds. Disturded that my reserved room was not availab

We reserved a room and I just walked in with my dog. It's a $100.00 dog fee. At that point I was past caring, with the hurricane.
