I have been a customer since before they moved locations. So I guess 5 years or more. My primary reason was for safety glasses. Not many offices even handle the type of safety glasses my company requires me to have. However my whole family of who needs glasses goes there. Im sorry to say, my family and I will not be doing our business there anymore. I get it, it's a long process to get safety glasses, however I was always the one calling to see if they were in or not. Most of the time they were in, but no one called me back. Very frustrating because they don't return your calls. They need either a better front desk clerk or someone dedicated for the phones. And if they do answer, the one lady is rude with poor customer service. My sons glasses took 5 weeks to come in. And I have been there enough to hear them tell their customers the glasses will be in about 10 days. Pam is good at what she does. But she can only do so much. There needs to be 4 more just like her. I will find a new eye doctor to go to, and hope for an better experience.

So not really my experience but my master, the great Young Kung fu kenny, had placed an order for some prescription glasses and all was good for the first few weeks just typical waiting for them to be ready. But after about a month and a half he called and they had informed him that the had to be sent back for they have broken. Like I thought this was a good place to get glasses and all but I guess not. He had also called about three weeks after waiting and was informed that there was no record of his order. In conclusion they should’ve had his glasses in the time they had informed him they would have them. Smh how dare y’all play his vision that way. A playa needs to see otherwise he may bump into walls and such. -sincerely one of the great Young Kung Fu Kenny’s homies.
