Nice clean facility and decent frame selection but they are beyond slow. They don’t seem to be very organized or stick to times. They requested to move our appointment up to an earlier time then still made us wait around almost 30 min in the waiting area past the appointment time, then sent my wife back out because they apparently don’t have any rooms available.. so here we are with a baby waiting around even longer. I’ve literally never been to such a slow an unorganized optometrist.

I was in desperate need of an eye exam prior to visiting the DMV. Luckily, another customer cancelled their appointment, and I was able to weasel my way in the same day I called. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and I was in and out with a lens prescription and an order for glasses through the office in no time. Thoroughly recommend this facility, and so long as I live in Mebane, this will be my first and only choice for optometric specialists.

They ordered the wrong contacts and made me pay the difference. The contacts they gave me are literally causing pain in my eye. Then when I tried to return them they wouldn’t let me order the pair I wanted because it was filed through insurance. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I will keep going to Walmart, service is 10 times better than this.
