Went to Graham Derm for a scheduled cosmetic procedure that I paid for in full before I even saw a doctor. The girls up front were the sweetest. The Derm tech, Michael was friendly and gentle when doing my lidocaine shots. Before we even started my procedure, I asked Dr. NEWSOME a question. As I was leaving, I was told she had them charge me for an office visit and charged me a copay. Literally 20 seconds of words exchanged. They said she said it was because it didn’t pertain to the reason I was actually there when in reality it could’ve been if I wanted to pay the additional procedure fee. Never, not ONCE did she communicate to me that my question could be considered an office visit before answering. She was short with me, definitely in a rush and not the friendliest. She refused to come out to speak to me after I asked to speak to her directly. The receptionist said she was told if I didn’t pay on the spot, it would be sent to collections! Like what?? After another request to speak to someone, 2 nurses came out. They were nice and said she understood why I’d be upset. The entire thing is absurd! Will NEVER go back there again. Except for the Med Spa next door. Will contact my insurance tomorrow.

went in from a referral from primary care and saw the new Dr. that had just come to the practice. I had a rather large lump on my scalp I wanted removed. The "DR." said she did not want to remove it because in her opinion it was unimportant. I told her again I wanted it removed and she said "Don't worry about it " Needless to say I was charged $144.00 and did not get the lump removed. Never will go back

The place is nice and clean but but they are more worried about making money then serving their customers. I was told I would have to come back for 3 separate appointments to get 3 cysts removed. I explained that it was hard for me to get off work and I would like to get them all done in the same day, but I guess they want to bill the insurance company 3 different times. Then there was confusion regarding my insurance and the type of appointment we were scheduling... the doctor told me one thing & the front desk staff told me another. Communication is lacking. I don't plan on going back for the procedure, I'm gonna try to find an office that is more worried about the patient than there pockets.

My primary care physician referred me to this dermatologist. I called there today to make an appt. The receptionist that answered the phone was not very friendly. I told her what insurance I had wanted to make sure I was in network. She said your insurance doesnt cover removal of skin tags. I said I do not have skin tags I want removed, I need some places checked that look abnormal and have changed and I have a family history of melonoma. She said it says we r looking at growths and that's not covered that's cosmetic. I just said forget it I will call my doctor again for another referral. I wouldnt go here if it was the only place left to go. Very rude and I was referred because I have a family history of melonoma and I needed to be seen for places that have changed and do not look normal. And they arent skin tags, I know what a skin tag looks like.
