I usually order online and have items shipped. I needed this item quickly, so I picked up in-store. I certainly felt UNWELCOMED. The cashier didn't bother to speak when I spoke to her, without looking at me, in a slightly rude tone asked what she could help me with. Again, I spoke. Finally she spoke. Once I received my item, no one offered a pleasant closing comment, a thank you or anything. Definitely need to work on customer service...with a smile, even if it's fake.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
