The support staff are informed and helpful, the eueglass selection is tasteful, always easy to be seen Above all is Dr. Aaron Rosenstein, well informed, good natured and great bedside manner (great patient interaction, whatever it's called). He also is a strong supporter of the community and goes put of his way to provide services to people with financial difficulties What's not to like about that?

The eye dr’s are are great. The experience is personal as it should be, however the out of pocket expenses are very expensive compared to other eye dr’s. I called to get a certain measurement because glasses here are astronomical and I needed it, the administrator acted as if she did not want to give me the measurement, almost as a “how dare he”. Would love to get glasses through you all but sadly they are quite pricey and no other alternatives were given to me. I will have to ultimately change from this office to another, not due to the people but just the price of everything.

My family & I have been going here since we moved to Durham two and a half years ago and always had a positive experience until today. I tried scheduling appointments for myself and 3 other family members and was told they will not allow more than 2 members of a family to schedule. Their reasoning was "If you cancel, we can't fill those appointments." First off, thanks for assuming I will cancel. Secondly, you claimed this policy was in place since at least 2016 since that's when the office manager told me she was hired to work there. If that's the case, why is it only today that I've been made aware? It hasn't previously been an issue. I'll be looking for another, more family-friendly practice.

I have gone to this practice for years and feel like I am remembered and cared for in a personal way.

What the others here said - we're in the business of wanting you to see as clearly as possible. If you just picked them up, try to wear them this weekend to allow for adjustment issues and then drop back in or give us a call on Monday if you're still struggling - we'll figure it out and make it right.
We are currently only seeing existing Medicaid patients. New patients that do not have other insurance coverage are eligible for exams at a reduced rate. Please give the office a call at your convenience and we can figure out how best to take care of you.
We currently accept both, but they each have their individual rules as to what they cover. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience and we'll be happy to find more specific answers as to your individual coverage.
