The provider was great, but the front desk clerks (whom wore scrubs for no reason bc they rubbed off as the type that have a high school level education) were beyond rude and demeaning. I sat in the waiting area and listened as they directed clients around like dogs. Then they finally commanded me to the front desk to demand a $60 co-pay despite my insurance card clearly stating $0 co-pay for urgent care. I now know why they were the only urgent care around with a same day appointment.

I’ll never take my kid here again. I’ve waited an a hour and a half for meds to be sent to the Walgreens across the street. Called twice and was told it would be over in 15 minutes. Just a complete waste of my afternoon.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. Waited and hour and 45 min with an appointment. Got back there was in the room for maybe 10 minutes.... the doctor touched my stomach listened to my symptoms told me sounded like I had an issue with my gallbladder....then told me it would be a huge hassle and a lot of time to get call and get the insurance to approve blood work, a urine sample and told me it was just best to go to the ER but wasn't necessarily urgent. Then refused to provide a referral to a gastrologist told me to go see my PCP which I cant get into for 5 months. This is a turn and burn get in and out do not care. DO NOT Recommend.

Absolute waste of time. They do physicals for school... but won't sign off on the paperwork... what is the purpose then. It's abs pocus to begin with. The whole purpose is for the physicians signature. And the front desk thought she was going to make me look stupid because I didn't know her fancy abbreviated lingo of pcc... last I check it's just a primary. Or primary care physician. She just want to make herself feel Isn't at my expenses. Horrible service skills.
