Myself and a couple of friends went last week to a class and we had a great time! The instructor was VERY patient and helpful. He was highly knowledgeable and we learned so much in only an hour. It is actual boxing techniques and instruction not a ‘kickboxing cardio class’ but we definitely worked hard and had a great time.

Great first time experience with my grandbabies. The instructor/coach was very attentive to them. They both said that they enjoyed it and can't wait to start going on a regular basis. I myself also enjoyed the experience they had. Looking forward to a great experience. 😊
