We went in to switch carriers and were going in with some trepidation. We walked in, we're greeted, and Santese was awesome - friendly and entertaining, singing to the radio while moving 3 lines with ease and precision and sticky notes! We had lots of data to transfer and Santese invited us to take care of other errands and come on back. Our experience was great.

I had no idea the volume of business this location does! Thinking late Monday afternoon the traffic would be light, I went in. It was busy! It took a bit of time to be checked in because all reps were busy. However, after being checked in and waiting for an available rep, I was given 100% attention to have my situation resolved.
