Owner is legit !! She had absolutely no problem with me walking into the hotel bar with my own bottle of whiskey that I bought at the grocery store an giving me glasses an a tub of ice 2 enjoy it! This place does not give you the greedy vibe like most.. not to mention the room was super clean an bed was comfy! Can't wait to go back!

This hotel is one of the hidden gems of Washington. The owners are some of the kindest and most accommodating people my family and I have ever come across. The rooftop garden is amazing. If you are looking for a getaway, keep this place in mind!

I stay at hotels all across Oregon and Washington for work-nearly 6 months out of the year-and let me tell you, this is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in every which way! I am absolutely in love with the details that have been attended to at this hotel as well as the wonderful service I received that was provided by the owner herself. The aesthetics of the hotel have been masterfully created and I’ve enjoyed every detail I’ve noticed from the beautifully kept antique furniture, the museum quality oil paintings from a local artist found throughout the hotel, a rooftop garden that feels magical, a charming reading nook, even the crisp paint job on the walls was noticeably well done. There’s a lot to appreciate about this Victorian themed hotel. There’s something special about seeing a historic building maintain not only it’s dignity but continue to hold the same level of beauty it did when it was first build in the 1800. Breakfast was also amazing. The owner cooked us a home made meal and had delicious tasting coffee every morning and was fun to chat with before heading out to work. Truly felt welcomed and at home here.
