Really good ramen! The tonkotsu ramen is delicious and the nori fires are so good too. Nice place to go to if you also want to go for drinks, either at their bar or at any of the places next door!

Ordered the Chicken Katsu Sando. Overall very tasty, the combination of the egg salad with the breaded chicken and soft milk bread was delicious. Only complaint is I wish there had been more bread to chicken ratio for an optimal bite every time. Katsu sauce should be served on the side so that the overflowing chicken can have an additional flavor. Loved the coleslaw, it had a sesame oil dressing that paired well with the flavor of the Sando.

Overall the system was efficient and safe. I've been inside several times to pick up. You do have to enter and head down a set of stairs, but I've never run into other customers as the inside is closed for indoor dining. Food pickup is at the bar right as you enter the restaurant. Every employee is wearing a mask. When I've had to sign a receipt, there are sanitized pens which you drop in the dirty bin after use for cleaning.

Neither our broth nor our noodles contain egg. Our Mushroom Paitan ramen is completely vegan. When you come in, just let our server know that you would like to avoid eggs and we'll be able to steer you clear of all our menu items that contain eggs. Look forward to having you!
