For the entirety of the three years that Urban Air has been here, the story has always been the same: - They are always out of pizza (and most of the other foods). - The bumper cars are never on/working even though you pay extra for them. Actually whole sections of the place go out pretty consistently. - The staff are complacent at best and at times neglectful to the point it could cause injury. My daughter nearly went up a rock wall with a harness that was put on backwards before we caught it. - The list goes on forever, I just don’t care enough to keep writing. Save yourself the trouble and just go to RebounderZ down the street.

Cool place, lots to do, plenty of seating. Reasonable pricing.good did take a long time to get, I’d suggest order 20 mins prior to wanting to actually eat pizza 🍕.(for a whole pizza.)

It depends on what activities you want access to and how old your child is. Under 5 is $8.99. It goes up all the way to $29.99 for unlimited access to everything. You can still do some fun experiences with $19.99.
Yes you have to make reservations online and pay online before you go
Yes can do both either one online and inside also, when come in go waiver check in before you go front desk pay
There isn't exactly a new attraction but some of the rides that were closed during the pandemic are open again
Mask are required at all times while in the facility for kids and adults.
Yes there for adults and four children they have a lot of things in there even things from the ceiling it was so much fun can't wait to go back
Right now we require reservations because of limited capacity. Some times there are available spots Monday-Thursday for walk ins but we suggest booking a time slot online.
I would give them a call they will be more than willing to help
Adults can play too. A parent pass is only $5.99, you'll get the same attraction pass level as your child. https://www.urbanairtrampolinepark.com/locations/california/sacramento
According to their website, virtual reality is platinum attraction. Platinum gives you access to everything and is $29.99/ person. For 4 kids, you are looking at about $120. You also need to have their socks which are $2.50 ea. After tax, you are looking at about $140 total.
Yes Toddlers are allowed they even have a small trampoline area for the littles. Depending on if they are walking they can even hang out in the play structure area
See it's not the age thing it's a height thing there but for the most part there's hecka trampolines that they can jump on they have their own little quarters and some of them they have a basketball hoop and one of them or two of them but I'm pretty sure 5-year-olds are tall enough for all of their activities
No
The zip line course is geared towards the 13-16 age group. The rest is all kids 12 and under. But don't get it twisted, I'm the parent and will jump and tumble out there for half the price (adults are half the cost).
I couldn't answer that
Yes you must have a mask to enter, you must wear masks on the attractions as well.
Yes
My grandson had a really good time playing on the trampoline an all the other play structure's an you can have Birthday parties their. The workers are really nice. Their is a couple of workers that go above to help you on different situations.
