What the others here said - we're in the business of wanting you to see as clearly as possible. If you just picked them up, try to wear them this weekend to allow for adjustment issues and then drop back in or give us a call on Monday if you're still struggling - we'll figure it out and make it right.
Definitely take them back. They really want to make sure your vision is corrected and you are pleased
