Clean, spacious waiting room. Appointments spaced apart for patients safety. Friendly receptionist and assistants. Appointments are handled promptly. Walk-ins are welcome. Miss Emily, PA has been my go to for all my medical needs for over 15 years. I'm so lucky to have found such a caring PA. I have 5-star visits and leave with confidence knowing I'll be taken care of promptly and properly. With the old office now closed, their new, ultra modern office building off of 98 and US 1 on Ingleside Place, has plenty of parking and convenient to main roads.

Had to cancel an appointment yesterday due to being sick and not knowing if I had covid or not. I called and left a message explaining that I could not make it due to not wanting to expose anyone to covid in case I had it. This morning I get a call from my pharmacy saying they couldn’t fill my prescription due to my doctor not approving it. I call NRMC and left a message asking them if they could approve it for me. Get a call back from a woman passive aggressively asking if I was going to reschedule my appointment since I had canceled the day before. I explained that I left a message saying I was sick and that’s why I couldn’t make it. She cut me off very rudely saying that I did not say that in the message and that I only called regarding filling the prescription and made it a point to include that I had I ‘faded off into the sunset.’ Lady, I’m not feeling good. I have no obligation to be at 100% and chipper all of the time to leave a message. I replied that I had said it in the message the day before. She was very dismissive and didn’t apologize. Said my doctor would probably count this as a courtesy before she could fill my prescription. I just let her talk because she really wouldn’t let me get a word in. Normally this stuff wouldn’t bother me. It’s not even a big deal but this short phone conversation really left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning. Do better and treat your patients with respect.

North Raleigh Medical does not have a payment plan. If you are a self pay patient (meaning you will not be using insurance) and a established patient it would be 75 at the time of check in and if there is any amount due that would be due at check out. If you are a new patient then it would be 125 at the time of check in and if any amount else due at check out. Hope this helped with your question.
