Great staff from the nurse (Kim) and the doctor on duty (Dr Laura Hardin-lee)! They are both caring, knowledgeable, genuine and took care of my situation with care, compassion and expertise that had made a stressful situation much better. All staff were friendly as well and helpful. Thank you for your time and dedication to help patients on the weekends. Much appreciated! (P.S., I did try to call beforehand but could not get anyone. It didn’t look very busy at the reception. Not sure why. Just FYI. )

Stellar experience with Dr. Hardin-Lee, phlebotomy, and radiology. I am RN, went in with abdominal pain. I received a THOROUGH physical exam, X-rays, and labs. Dr. H-L explained all results in detail and discussed all possible causes a long with interventions and follow up care. Although she was busy I never felt rushed. As to wait time, I went in on a Thursday morning, and my wait time was was as expected after checking their website.

Went there earlier today. Am dealing with accuse back pain. More than three hour wait times and there is no way to lie down while waiting, only chairs.
