Very slow\ and rude service. Also, they asked me for lots of info they didn't need such as wanting to make a photocopy of my driver license, which I refused. (Like most people, I've already been exposed to multiple data breaches and don't need more risk.) The person helping me conferred with others there multiple times while helping me, which seemed unnecessary since I was purchasing just replacement lenses and brought a day-old prescription. When I asked what was taking so long, I was responded to with attitude. Also, the person helping me was wearing a mask below her nose, which defeats the purpose. Rather than spending time finding another place, I bought them here, but will not be back.

It took me a couple of months but with the help of a couple of good employees, I was able to get the perfect eyeglasses for me. I am so thankful for their help. I love my eyeglasses!!

Highly reccomend. Fantastic care given by Dr Mak, very confident my eyes are being protected! And so very easy to select the perfect pair of eye glasses, with the help of Radhka, she was knowledge, honest and friendly making the overwhelming decisions easy to manage! Thank you so very much! I've been coming back for years and will continue to do so.

Why does it take 4-6 weeks to get a refund when I cancelled my order for glasses on the day it was placed? I want my money back immediately, just put it back on my credit card!
