It's OK vacuum is pricy. They proably need serviced and cleaned properly. I had to take my car through the was twice due to technical issues that also needs looked at.

First of all, this place is automatically done by cash machine, in other words there was no human being on the premises at the time when I visited, doesn't even deserve a single star, NONE, ZELICH! All I needed was a vacuum and because I did not have quarters I had to use my credit card machine showed the fee would be $3.50. However, when I checked my bank account is debited me $10. Now I ask you is that fair false advertisement! 2. When I contacted the company they stated that you have to press the stop button to stop it from continuing to charge you more money. There were no directions in regards to this and I sure didn't use it for the 15 minutes that the $3.50 was for but more like 7 minutes. When I did contact the company they agreed to reimburse me and I'm still waiting for the reimbursement. Lesson learned never go to a car wash that's automated only by machines. The company did issue me a full $10 credit. UPDATE: Business has requested me to edit my review. Okay in all fairness perhaps there was a sign that I did not see to press the stop button when done; I was under distress from the Hertz Rent-a-Car telling me to go and detail the rental car when that was not necessary! I will say when I contacted the merchant they were friendly, educated and did agree to credit me back the $10 and have done so thank you very much! However even though they stated that the facility is manned by a person from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. there was at the time when I went to this location and use the vacuum machine there there was no person present. I will update the rating to a three-star and that's all I have to say about that.

For a first time going there, I wasn't impressed. The staff were great and very helpful but the wash, I did self wash, came out all spotty and gave my cars finish a fuzzy appearance. I had to go home and rewash it by hand. Not what I expected for $13.00.

Pretty decent place. If you’re quick with the brush you can get a pretty good basic wash done in about eight minutes for $8 using a charge card. It works out to about a dollar per minute. Just be careful coming out of the exit on the Commuter Drive side. The driveway is pitched really weird and you will likely bottom out the front of your car, even if it’s not lowered.
