Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences. We do have both drive-thru and self-serve washes. Our drive-thru washes use soft cloth brushes and high lubricity soaps, featuring the same quality equipment as local Mercedes and other fine auto dealerships. We wash thousands of vehicles every month and incidents like the one described previously are extremely rare. Our drive-thru washes also come with a free vacuum.
You can get out in the drive thru if you would like. I would not recommend it.
Do not use the drive thru....not touchless and sustained damage when I used it. Scratched the paint on my truck. There is a touch less one you remain in your car at the corner of Rosemont and Holland. The most expensive wash is $7.

The car wash isn't a touchless car wash I wouldn't recommend using it. Stick with the self serve !!!
If you utilize the drive through service, then yes you remain in your vehicle. However they also have many self service wash bays that you can utilize to wash your car however you'd like yourself
