My car looks great. Took a star off because I specifically asked for them to not wash my interior windows. Apparently, listening skills are hard because the manager did not communicate my request to the team finishing the interior of my vehicle. When I approached him, he said 'oh yea, I forgot...is there something on them?' Does it matter? I asked you not to clean them! Again, my car looks great, manager just needs to listen up!

My car was so dirty inside and out. I have been traveling multiple days a week so then inside and outside needed attention. The inside looks amazing! All the floor mats look brand new. The console and doors were cleaned spotless. I know dog hair is one of the hardest things to get out and the got almost all of it out. Will definitely go back.
