There’s a lot of staff non work-related chit-chatting before our order was taken. Staff needs to work on professionalism: No matter how bad a customer acts (this incident, in particular, at the drive-through) take it outside and vent, instead, you want to start cursing where dining customers can hear. Hell, I thought I was at a DD in New Jersey!

Thought I would surprise my grandkids with donuts this morning, when I was the one who got surprised. I got a dozen of donuts,ask for 2 pink sprinkles, 2 chocolate sprinkles and one lemon filled and for the rest to be mix. Well I think they must have had a shortage in donuts, because I ended up with 4 pink one, 3 chocolate and the rest was mixed with a plain and two glazed. So I did end up two good ones. I also ordered 25 munchkins, OMG it looks like someone else had them,before me. WishI could post pictures. Unbelievable! Guess this is what I get for cheating on Krispy Kreme, grass is not always greener on the other side.

This specific Dunkin Donuts food does NOT taste right. It’s disgusting to the point I won’t eat there. My sandwich was missing from my bag and when I called she told someone in the background to pull up the cameras .. for a sandwich that I drove back for. Ridiculous,super unprofessional,and rude.

This place sucks, so slow. Drive thru line all the way to the street constantly. Honestly, no idea why it takes this long to make coffee. It’s really frustrating. Once up at window you see everyone standing around and no one seems to know what to do. Just give us grumpy people our coffees!!!
