This is my usual car wash place in the area. The drop off and waiting it’s easy as they are a big team and work fast. I usually get the Silver full service. It’s decent, but sometimes I realize not all bugs and dirt go off with the wash.

Great attention to detail, and super friendly and helpful staff! They’re quick, yet efficient! Definitely satisfied when I took my moms car to get cleaned. Exterior and interior cleaning was done right!

Today I just got my first wash and it will be the last time for sure. I was told it would take 3-4 hours and it was done in 1 hour and 20 minutes!! I paid $110 for hand wash and polishing and I tip the guy. I got home and checked the car better and was disappointed, there were many spots with dirt that weren’t even wiped out, spots on the windows, dirty inside probably a quick vacuum still has some dust . My rims were dirty, my tires have dirt and they put on the top tire cleaner and you can still see the mud. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service especially for that price. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!

As I said before in a previous post I had not been to this location in several years my car was dirty from the salt on the roads and I was too tired to clean it for a very affordable price I got the deluxe wash and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my car the shine his lasted up until the date of this post the employees were friendly the cashier was amazing the overall experience was just one of the reasons why I love living in Hampton roads stop by if you ever have a chance you won't be disappointed
