Very polite young people working there, but very poor job. My car looked the same as it did when I took it in. They finished in less than five minutes. I am never bringing my car there again. Horrible job.

Very impressed. I just wanted a wash and vacuum. After the attendant explained how much more I would get for not much more cost, I rolled with his suggestion. My truck looks great! Thanks guys, you all are awesome! 👍

I have been going here for a few years now. The employees are always good and friendly. I just use the car wash / exterior only. (Which washes my truck nicely, thank you and the unlimited plan is good )The reason for the 2 stars this time is because I drive a RAM 1500 truck that has automatic retractable side mirrors. So recently the automatic cleaning car cloths knocks the side mirrors into a position the mirrors aren't designed to be kept at. After each passing through I have to manually put the side mirrors back in the correct place before getting back on the road.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! I have given this location NUMEROUS chances to get it right and they fail each time. I stopped going for a while because I was sick of having to point out the inside of my car still being dirty or the windows having water water spots. I went back after a long trip because my car desperately needed it and the experience was no different. I made them aware of the bugs I wanted removed and they said they would take care of it, they didn’t. I asked them several times to wipe down the cup holders, dashboard and console area and they didn’t. They rush your vehicle and it shows everytime. I came back home and cleaned it myself. I called corporate requesting a refund and they have NO problem but said it had to come from the store. James the store manager refused to give me a refund standing on the hill that they don’t issue refunds but will clean the car again. Autobell has NO public policy stating they don’t issue refunds and they refused to show me the policy they were stating of. Please do yourself a favor and DONT USE THEM.
