I visited the clinic to have a pre-existing injury addressed, and one of the medical staff in urgent care made this injury worse. Upon bringing this to the attention of administrative staff (Ms. Wigle), she advised that the treatment provided met the standard of care. Standard of care does not result in further injury to an injury. I understand that anyone in any profession can make a mistake, and my dissatisfaction is with how the follow-up to the event was handled. While I am confident that not all physicians and staff at Hannibal Clinic share this sentiment, as I have received wonderful care up until this incident, I would not return, nor recommend medical care at this facility based on this unpleasant experience, and the handling thereafter by admin staff. Patient care is not #1 priority at Hannibal Clinic.

Extremely worried that I have spent, on three different occasions, 20+ minutes trying to reach anyone in Dr. Evans' office. They were out last week, but no one could schedule?! Also left a message for dermatology two weeks ago, and no one called back
