I have been calling this number to make a change in my healthy-blues medical coverage. All I want to do is add a dependent. Hold times are a real pain. They first try to get rid of you when you first call by telling you about all the other ways you could get help rather then calling into the call center. I know this request of mine will HAVE to be handled over the phone with this office. Hold time yesterday (9/1/2022) was over two hours starting at 2 pm. Today I started my call at 8:15 AM and still on hold at 9:30 AM. This is a complete failure of proper use of government funds and time management. The tax payers pay 10 or more cents for every minute people are on the phone because that's how toll free numbers are billed. Secondly there is the pay for the employee(s) working the lines. Finally, there is my time which is valuable to me. Something has to change with the way America interacts with their government. I hope you found this detailed review helpful.
