NO pest control in this apartment! Lots of bugs, flies, spiders, crickets! What a lazy office!

Update: there is now black mold, water and electrical damage I'm my 8 month old daughter's nursery that hasbeen brought to the attention of managmentand nothing done about it. Our caytlytic converters were cut off both our vehicles, and one car broke into and vandalized. "the gates hasn't worked since we've lived here" alerted management with no response. They just seem to want to take jabs and play games. We've had a dishwasher broken for over 7 months, put in several requests, a/c hasn't worked for over a year when my pregnant wife called we were told to "open the windows" I have to flip a breaker manually to re set it daily. have threatened to get a lawyer involved and can't even get a call back. pay over 1600 a month in rent and hands down the worst service and management I've ever had or seen. 1 star is generous trust me if I could give lower I would . so we're going public now. hope this helps for anyone looking into the 0/100 do not recommend.

Moved in in april, i like it here so far but i’ve contacted the office several times about things and they do NOT get back to you. Otherwise, things are well. No problems with noise or neighbors.

Please for the love of god, do not rent here. I made the mistake of renting an apartment based on the view. Big mistake. First of all, the leasing agents have zero idea what’s going on. I was told by my leasing agent that we paid for utilities by the building which was insanely untrue. Second, my unrenovated unit has flooded FOUR times since I moved in and I have more spiders than I’d previously laid eyes on in my years of life.I requested a clean off of the goose shìt and nasty cigarette butts on my deck when I moved in and it’s been 7 months with still no response. the people in the leasing office do not seem to care and when I met them about my third flood they seemed nothing but irritated. If you’re a lawyer looking for business, I’d be happy to bring this organization to trial

I've asked several lawyers about this and they've said with all of the uncertainty with COVID limitations, legal action would be tough. I talked to the lawyer before they quit doing maintenance requests however. Might be worth a discussion... Rally the neighbors and see if there's grounds for class action.
I wouldn't. Plus u would have to release anyways
No they dont
I would not touch the water.
