I have lived at Industry for over a year. I originally moved in when Village Green managed the property. During this time, I had no problems with management or the building itself. Once BH Management took over, things went downhill fast. When Mickie, the new property manager, took over, things slowly started improving. Mickie is always pleasant and willing to help, but the complex still has problems. It is nice to see that there are finally fences that surround the parking garage, but the gates are still broken, which means people can walk right in. It depends on the day, but the package room is often very unorganized, and you can spend up to 10 minutes having to search for your package. Additionally, packages are often left in the mail room or outside of the package room. This is concerning because anyone could come in and grab the packages. I understand this may be a delivery driver issue, but staff could still remedy this. Additionally, when I toured the apartment in March of 2021, I was told the hot tub would be open by summer. Here we are in September of 2022, and it is not open. It is a bit frustrating to staff tell those who are touring that the hot tub will be open within the next month when that most likely is not the reality. The common areas are all very nice, and I enjoy spending time there. Additionally, the individual apartments themselves are amazing, and I love mine. However, for the price you pay, the common areas and all other problems should be taken care of as well. The maintenance staff, Corey and Isaac, always go above and beyond. They are quick to respond to your problems, always personable, and willing to say "hi" to you in the hallways. Industry has great potential; there are just some issues that need to be taken care of so that it can be amazing.
