After multiple calls on multiple days and leaving multiple messages I still haven’t heard back from anyone and they only work 2 days a week and even then no answer or call back. Can I have that job?

Update 2/17/21 This is the first year they have not cleared side walks from snow/ice. They have really become a Slumlord. I just got a new furnace put in...they threw my old one in the grass across from my apartment where it has been for over a week! They still don't return calls in the office nor rarely answer the phones. Have been here almost 5 years. Usually quiet. Called last Sunday because my air conditioner needs Freon. The compressor is actually a big ice cube. Ridiculous how long it takes to get stuff fixed. Still waiting and supposedly only had 12 people in front of me. Office hours are not good for people who work. Being open 2 days a week is ridiculous. They dont take care of how the property looks. Thinking about moving since the owners have no idea how to run a business! They take no pride in their property, sadly

Can I please have the phone number to corporate or the email. At this point all the neighbors have been talking together about what can be done because it takes so long for maintenance to fix anything correctly. At night you can hear raccoons in the walls, I also have pictures. the roof is leaking and there is just a lot of stuff that need replaced.

You do not want to live here. The landlord and maintenance do not care about anything and have no sense of emergency. Even when it’s 90 degrees outside, they still do no care about fixing the broken A/C that they have known about for months.
