I've been living in Columbus for over 3 years now and this is the only place I have ever stayed and I have not had any issues. This place has been very peaceful to me and my son. Awesome neighbors as well. In the past several months, there has been some management changes, thus, some bumps and bruises. However, I understand that there are some challenges with changes and I have faith that the management team will get everything all sorted out. We all don't like changes unless it's necessary but we definitely under, again, the temporary challenges that come with it.

One of the worst places I've lived in since the new management took over. Nothing ever gets done anymore. No more 24/7 laundry mat. Matnince takes forever to get to you. Trash is only collected 2 times a month. And giving us a month notice saying we now owe a extra $60 a month in rent claiming it's our water bill. but water was included in rent on my lease. And won't give me a straight answer when I ask how much water my apartment uses I'm at work almost every day how do I use $60 in water just look at the apartments across the street they are mutch better office staff are argumentative and unhelpful Joe is nothing but rude. Staff always talk down to you. Just go the the complexes across the street for your 1400 you get a slum

Pine crossing was once a decent place till new management took over and is running the place to the ground. All management does is sit around in the office they really do not care one bit about the state of the complex.

This is a one-star facility under new management. Administrators are unhelpful, rude, unresponsive, maintenance is kind but understaffed (there is one person. The entire staff - including office - resigned after the management switch. Water utility has more than doubled in cost ($40 1BR, $60 2BR) and is a fixed fee no longer based on usage. A building lit on fire, has been fully evacuated for months, management was rude to people asking for answers regarding their living arrangement and property. Management never acknowledged the event to residents in even a quick email to explain what’s happening. They keep leaving notices to do inspections, never come. When they do come the office people are rude to my dog. They took months to find people to mow the lawns. The pool still isn’t open and it’s the end of June. Rent is going up to something like $1200? It’s transitioning to some kind of subsidized facility? Idk? It’s awful. Go live somewhere new, since you’ll be paying the same.

Lol. Good question. I wonder the same thing
Around $850. I know my daughter pays $1000 for a 3 bedroom. They now have new owners that are upgrading so I'm sure the prices will increase.
Yes, I’ve had 6 heat treatments I recommend moving out
