Positive: Dryer was not work had to leave to dry my clothes the hot tub wasn'working but was reimbursed my manager. So he made everything better

Rooms were very clean and the mattress was heavenly. Then topped it of with complimentary breakfast. There was a variety of food from cereal, fruit, yogurt, and breakfast sandwiches. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay at this location again.

We checked in quite late at the property but the check-in experience was smooth. The room assigned was on first floor near an exit door, so loading and unloading was convenient. The room was reasonably sized and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the property was well maintained. Parking being free, was a plus.

I had an issue checking in at the Courtyard Marriot/East Galleria. The lady at the front desk need some better customer service skills, bad attitude. But when I was referred to this location Fairfield Inn & Suites. The front desk lady had great customer services skills, she was very nice & friendly. You made our mini family trip from Georgia, a lot brighter. Thank you for your great customer service, from beginning to ending.
