My best and oldest friend and I took a girls vacation and stayed at the Guesthouse for 2 of our vacation days together and we were so glad we did. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend! The valet was super helpful when arriving. The interior was immaculate and the lobby furnishings really cool. There was a mix up with my reservations (no ones fault) and the manager cleared everything up in a minute and we were in business. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. Room service a bit pricey but definitely affordable (of course, all room service, everywhere, is pricey so that was to be expected). The room service delivery came hot and was very good and had awesome proportions. The folks who delivered the food always were kind and attentive. Though Graceland was just across the street we had so many activities planned, we didn't have time but understand its really a neat place (hopefully next time!) The Guesthouse is also just a hop, skip and a jump from so many things to do. We were told to check out Beale Street and that's exactly what we did and had a blast. Definitely a tourist spot but still a "not to be missed" location to check out. I would also suggest checking out the Bass Pro Shop (pyramid) which was unbelievable and the riverboat cruises are amazing! Thank you to all the Staff that made such a small portion of our vacation a high point! Keep it up! Sincerely, April Baker and Linda Arnold

From the moment I walked into this hotel I felt very welcomed and comfortable! The valet staff are so friendly and personable! Excellent decor, furniture, rooms, beds, and the shower was amazing!! Super fun bartenders and all the food was delicious! One of my best experiences in a hotel!! The hospitality and professionalism was impressive! Thank you for making my Graceland experience extra special π

One word describes this hotel... FABULOUS!! The interior has been so well thought out throughout! The color schemes and decor is unbelievable! It's feels so classy when you walk in the front door all the way to your room! The textures and glam really shine here! The service is FANTASTIC as well! Everyone that works here is so nice and friendly! The staff really love their work, and it shows! The only downside to my stay was that there was no hot water when I took a shower. I tried every knob in the shower, however it did not get hot. A cold shower late at night is not something I enjoy, however the rest of my experience was great!

The hotel was amazing! Staff was great but they were definitely short staffed. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to our special needs son. We went to the lounge and got to listen to some great live music by John Paul Keith. Drinks were a little pricey, but the bartender was so sweet! Will be back some day!

Yes, we provide an airport shuttle to and from the Memphis International Airport (MEM), every thirty minutes starting at 6:00AM until 11:00PM.
The whole hotel is overrated
I believe for us in Oct of 2018, it was 4pm check in 11am check out.
Yes! There are multiple heated areas in the courtyard.
I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can not say if it was included with the room.
Yes, you can. You can dine in there and hang out in the lobby area. You just have to pay a parking fee.
Yes to airport shuttle! Also, there's a shuttle that will take you to Beal Street every half hour. But you have to sign up and pay for this service.
Yes,by museum across the street
The buffet was horrible. I would recommend not doing it. Other than that it's a great hotel in the bar has good food
They have to get enough help to run and operate the restaurants until then they are closed. Why work when I can make more on unemployment...
They have a coffee and baked goods bar also. The breakfast buffet was great but expensive
Service dog yes but i wouldn't bring a emotional support animal. They are not classified as the same.
The hotel "accommodates dogs weighing less than 35 pounds in its South Tower rooms for a daily fee of $50 per dog."
There were places to eat on street. Did not go to any. Breakfast was good at hotel. Used our 10 percent coupon. Beatle street had great places to eat.
Checked in at 3:45am the morning of the 29th and had reservations for that night and the previous night (28th) night with no issue..
Almost everything. Depends on your activity. Could be business casual or pool party.
I don't believe so. Call to make sure
Shuttle will take you to Beals street too, if you need
Not that i saw. They have very spacious showers with two shower heads , one comes from over the ceiling and the other from the middle of the wall. I believe you can request a room with a bathtub though.
Call them and ask. You would already have an answer by now
Yes they will have a posting of the movie of the day. 10.00pm banana and peanut butter..Now they will add on 30 dollars to your bill for incidentals but it will be refunded with in 3 business days i was worried but i got it back my 3rd day. Have fun and enjoy.
Not sure. But if you call the front desk, they will tell you.
They are extremely kind, I don't know if they could do that early. But I know they will try the best they can
This reply is from the website of the hotel "We welcome your dogs less than 35 pounds at The Guest House in our South Tower rooms, with daily pet cleaning fee of $50 per dog.Β Please remember, dogs are not allowed in the Lobby Bar or EPβs Bar & Grill."
$10/night for self parking, or $16/night for valet.
You have to pay for parking its $10 a day if you park your car if you use valet parking its $16 a day there is a free shuttle for Graceland and the museums my husband and I flew to Memphis and used the free shuttles and used uber to go downtown it was really reasonable prices and we used a travel company so they done us a package deal but you can buy tickets @Graceland hope this helps we were there 12/7-12/10 it was a lot of fun
Don't know, I had Thanksgiving dinner there very disappointed.
The rooms are nice, my cousins came from. New Orleans for my 60/retirement events and I saw a tub in their room. With a great shower they loved it.
Not a kettke but a Kerug type of coffee maker. Possibly they could supply you with a kettle if you request one. The staff is great!
Not too far. Parking is 50-100yards from the lobby if you self-park. They do have valet parking of you like.
Yes there is a fee. 16 if you eant valet or 20 for self parking.
Yeah , check front desk
Aii room is different If you need make sure to the Graceland guest room
Sorry I didn't use a suite.was there for a jazz concert
Yes, i was in one last time. The bathroom was a lake when i was done though, they aren't setup to drain properly (just a heads up).
Yes Robert. All you need to do is ask for it. Enjoy your stay.
Our view was of Elvis Presley Blvd. I can honestly tell you, this hotel is so amazing that you won't be looking out the window.
In May we paid $154.00 per night on the weekend. That dropped down to $139.00 per night on the week days and we got a break for staying three nights. Just be aware the taxes and fees came to an additional $39.00 per night
Buffet is 17 a person.. but they also have a regular breakfast menu.
$10 for self parking Unlimited daily and a daily visitors fee and $16 for valet parking charged to the room.
Look for the small bus with the Graceland Guesthouse marked on the bus π..
We went to Central BBQ that was less than 5 miles from the hotel.
Of course. This Resort is a true Resort and is beautiful inside and out it is totally top-notch. Everything you can imagine they do have. The swimming pool area is gorgeous and the layout and the grounds are very pretty.
One rate. Me and my wife and her father all shared a room for an amazing weekend @graceland. Highly recommend this place it's beautiful and the staff was awesome
The sooner the better. You don't want to miss the dates because you waited too long to book them.
Call the hotel directly. I believe regular rooms can hold up to 4 people but they have suites too which can accommodate more.
That all depends on the room you book. Single double suite....... They are extremely friendly just call the front desk!
Its not standard. You must check your rate. You may call to inquire about your specific rate deal.
I appreciate all responses, I made a phone call to the hotel and found out they give a 10% military discount
Advance purchase is not necessary. You will enjoy every moment. The audio guided tour is really great. Don't plan on taking pictures inside. They all come out blurry.
Yes
If you are staying there and self park it is $10 a day or if you valet $16 a day they just add it to the bill
I think we paid 240.00, and the room was worth it. 2 queen size beds, very comfortable and a tv that played Elvis' concerts. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Had Elvis pictures all over. The Guest service was very cordial.
None in our room. Plenty of Elvis Pics though.
4:00 pm
How about one person staying in a your room is it cheaper?
