There are non residents who come in and spend time at the pool. I notified the staff but it seems like they all know each other and didn’t seem to care. Saw a man spend time at the pool one day and then the next day he was two blocks down at the light with the sign “homeless, please help”. He again came to the pool the next day. I think the holiday inn express pool was his bath place every other day. Saw a few other non residents there as well. Staff is nice at the hotel otherwise.

We got a dirty room with a carpet that was not vacuumed. The sheets and bed was not made properly. We got another room and took it. It had a cleaner room but no soap in the bathroom. Dirt ring in the toilet bowl. The location is great. Elevator rumble and jerk. Hallway carpets are worn and faded.

I can't complain. They have complementary breakfast and it is delicious. The room was kinda small but clean. Staff is friendly and willing to assist in any way.. It's just around the corner from the MED which was convenient.

The single worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I do not blame the staff, as they were friendly and welcoming, but something has to be done. My room had bed bugs, and I am more than happy to provide the pictures of the giant swollen bites I got as a result. I was comped for one night, but I believe I should’ve gotten a full refund. I will never be staying at a holiday inn again.
