Excellent customer service. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean sanitized room. Nice size room for a double comfortable beds. Would stop here again. Great breakfast bar.

This hotel is disgusting!!!! The room clearly had not been vacuumed. The bathroom was almost as dirty as the rest of the room. The beds are rough and while you booked queens, you will only get doubles. The messaging in the lobby about hoods and masks did not make me feel very safe either. There is a much nicer Marriott just down the road that is $40 a night cheaper. Do that! Also, there were people milling around outside rooms at like 11:00 PM when we checked in. I felt so unsafe while staying here. Everything in the room smelled so bad like cigarettes. Every time the AC kicked on it was like someone blowing cigarette smoke in our face. That was better than the extremely strong smell of weed in the hallways. Edit: I have tried to call this hotel for days and they do not have a working phone number. This hotel does not meet the Marriott brand standard.

Staff is very friendly, all of them! Location isn't bad, right off expressway, area is mostly commercial. Great taco truck block away. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. The breakfast has several choices and area is kept very clean. I gave it 4 stars based on staff and price.

A/C was not blowing cool air and sounded like a freight train when it turned on, called the front desk and was told that the Maintenance person was not on site and they did not know when he would be returning. Two nights with no A/C and wasted 40000 points. Wrote Marriott Customer Care and was told that the GM would be getting in touch with me. That hasn't happened. This is the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed in.
