Nightmare. I was given a room and it smell like mildew. I asked for another one. And it’s milk like cigarettes and also mildew. The carpet was just absolutely horrible. Everything was dirty the sheets the pillows the chairs. The TV was smeared with a dirty rag. The lady at the front desk night shift was just in a bad mood If you don’t like working somewhere get out and don’t do it with a bad attitude. And there was a lady in the morning shift. She was very nice and let me use her charger. To charge my phone. The reception area was nice. But the rooms are horrendous. The hallway smells like marijuana. I regret it staying there every second of every minute. Unfortunately it was already late and I had to find a place to stay. Stay away from this place it’s just not worth it

Not as nice as it appears on the outside. I used a $99 coupon to try out this place, seeking an upgrade from $60 motels. The prominent large print heading for the Spring 2022 ad is "Indoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub," and this was the feature that made me choose this property. (Read: bait and switch) The hotel has a lovely exterior but the rooms are similar to the $60 motel rooms: dowdy with various small maintenance issues, and with a pervasive room odor that strongly features tobacco smoke. I liked convenient side door parking, cheese omelettes (premade) at the hot breakfast buffet--but get to breakfast early before they are gone--and the oversized shower nozzle. I did not like the bathroom, with no bath mat and non-working mirror light, which left the room uncomfortably dark. There was black discharge from the bathtub faucet, as if the faucet was not flushed following maintenance. We had to move the refrigerator to plug in the microwave. The indoor pool and hot tub are closed long-term with the door padlocked. This particular king room is disability friendly, as you can see in the photos. The room did not have any written information to help guests access hotel features. Overall I believe that I overpaid for a motel room in a hotel, and I will not stay here again.

This Comfort Suites is not up the normal standards for the price. The facilities are old and tired. The help obviously don't want to be there. We ran out of toilet paper, no extra roll in room and the tissue box had 1 tissue. The drain in the sink was very slow, the shower handle came out in your had and one light bulb of 4(?) was out. No raisin bran or peanut butter at breakfast. The room and cool and we had a good night's sleep. I love Choice hotels, but this hotel was not up to their standards. I am a "gold" member at Choice, so I have some experience. I thought $92 was high for what I received.

The pool and hot tub are NOT open. July at the earliest. Breakfast was the same thing every morning. If staying more than one day, we stayed 5, you will need to ask for everything you may need from the front desk. Hotel is very quiet and right off the interstate. Free and ample parking.
