Beware of pet fee scam!! This is not advertised on the Hilton app/website anywhere but they charge $75 PER PET instead of the normal/expected and advertised $75 per stay fee. The hotel was warm throughout and took all evening to get the room to a decent air conditioned temperature. The rooms are very small and have no closet, just hanging space on the far wall.

Stay away! Worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed at. Small rooms. No closet (bar on wall in back of room). Old AC unit. Carpet was moist. Digital key did not work. Front desk clerk was clearly annoyed I interrupted her meal.

Very disappointed in our room…it was our first visit to Memphis and my husband and I were excited. Unfortunately our stay was not up to our expectations for the cost of the room. The room was very small and not inviting/ outdated. Bathroom was tiny, found a black hair on a wash cloth… Found an ant in the bathroom and a bug climbing the curtain. No water in the fitness rm. 6:00 am office staff was visibly sleeping in a back room. Needless to say we did not stay two nights. The good part was the coffee was hot. My recommendation for this hotel is to step up their A game.

Positive: Hotel very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast was very good! Negative: I booked a room with king bed and sofa, then they told me they only had rooms available with a queen bed. When the key for the room that they assigned to me didn¿t work, they had to give me another room, and it had the king bed and sofa that I had book
