We had a great stay at the hotel! Location is obviously amazing. Love the decor and the vibes! Tiger and Peacock was our fav! Rooms are a good size and very comfy!

I am struggling a bit with this review. The positive things are truly great, but the negative things have me shaking my head. The location is great. It is in the heart of a bustling area for restaurants and entertainment. You can literally walk to many great restaurants. The rooftop bar is a huge plus (but make sure you know the dress code or you will not get in). The rooms are big, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. I liked the set up of the bathroom area. It allows two people to go about getting ready without stepping all over each other. The bad is all about room location within the hotel itself. We were on the 6th floor directly below the rooftop bar. The noise from the bar transferred through the bar floor/room ceiling. It was especially a problem after midnight when the bar closed and they were cleaning. I spoke with the manager about it and she was very conciliatory. Her approach and attitude will greatly contribute to us staying there again. Bottom line: I would have given this an excellent rating if my room had been on the opposite end of the hotel. I will definitely ask for that area when we come back.

Rooms are nice. Service is terrible. There is no room service option and you can't even get much from grub hub after 10p. Most of the restaurants stopped serving at 10p as well, even on a Friday night. I didn't see any kind of Cantina even for package food. I booked a suite and indicated there were three guests staying but they only had towels for two. No normal amenities for elite members. Garbage truck seems to come every morning around 430am and it is super loud. Also, sounded like someone was moving furniture all night in the room above us every night. No idea what that noise was. If it wasn't for the location, I wouldn't stay here. Los of good restaurants and bars within a short distance.

The design is fresh yet comfortable and the property is well located. However, the concept is a bit ahead of its execution. Staff were polite but only in a cursory way. No one acknowledged us any time we walked up to the front desk, until spoken to. The in-room Lavazza machine made impressively good coffee but it took several tries to get the coffee pod refill for the second night of our two-night stay. The cocktail bar and restaurant have a nice appearance and friendly service, but the food and drink quality should be stepped up to match the ambiance and price point.
