If what you’re looking for is a bed and a shower… this will do it. You’ll be getting what you paid for. Nothing luxurious, smells like cigarettes (even in non-smoking rooms). Old itchy comforters. Towels have had their fair share of usage. Sheets were clean, shower was not. We’re not from the area… we were traveling with my service dog and the attendant checking me in insisted that he HAD to charge me a Pet Fee of $15.00 (stated “its just $15”) because it was an 4 legged being stating “in Tennessee when Police stay here with police Dog we must charge them” Had I not been exhausted and 2am. I would’ve fought it but it really shows poor business tactics to collect an extra buck and poor misinformation and administration of ADA Accommodations.

The room was not clean when I arrived at 5:30 pm. The check in service was bad The microwave was burned up burned up. I paid almost $800.00 for 2 room for 4 nights. Priceline they make you look bad. I really want my money back.
