The pictures are accurate in terms of it's layout but the room we had was outdated and dirty. The light switch did not work when entering, so we found a lamp to turn on, the phone did not work, the remote and all other high touch appliances were not clean (with the exception of the coffee maker and bathroom sink space). Needed a good paint job and cleaner. The bathroom smelled like urine and the corners of the floor were dusty and dirty. The shower curtain had mold. Clean towels, coffee and clean comfortable beds (thankfully!) Quiet. I don't know if there are better maintained rooms but ours was not and with little children, I couldn't be comfortable with them touching anything including the couch, the floors (FILTHY) and being in the bathroom unattended. As far as transportation to the airport goes, understand that they only operate from 7am-5pm and apparently you need to reserve that 24hrs in advance. If your flight is later or earlier then it's not worth staying here to be closer to the airport. Long review but I needed to warn people about this place. The front desk staff are nice and the front desk/lounge area is very clean which is deceiving. They did respond when I asked for more towels and to please clean the bathroom (I covered part of the dirty carpet with the clean towels so my kids feet weren't black on the bottom 🤢) the urine smell persisted.

I travel all the time. With that being said...FRONT DESK PERSONEL HAS GRADE A+ SERVICE!!! Every one of them! They accommodated everything I needed with no issue. House keeping does a great job also! For the price, the location and the "guests only fence" I highly recommend this hotel.

The Real Doughboi

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. It was a group of 8 of us staying in 2, 2 bedroom rooms. Everything seemed to go smoothly when booking the rooms and the front desk people were very kind, BUT nobody felt the need to tell us that the rooms that we were booking were smoking rooms! As a group of 8 people that don’t smoke and one with breathing issues this was an awful experience. Also I was told we could split the bill when we arrived at the hotel only to find out I was charged the full amount before arrival. Rooms were gross, stained walls, holes in the bathroom. For the $130 a room, you’re better off keeping your money and sleeping in your car. Very disappointed

Overall, good. Clean. Plenty of space in rooms. Free parking. Bathroom light was out, coffee maker in room didn't work, several of the outlets in the room were popping out of the wall. Free breakfast was slim, mostly sugary pastries. People were nice and area felt safe enough.
