Location is fairly safe. It's perfect for quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was served, but woke up late the entire stay. Restaurants nearby. This stay was ok, but because of the bed in the room I was given, I took away a star - felt like sleeping on cardboard boxes; it had no bounce or softness whatsoever! I would stay again and recommend.

Positive: The staff were excellent. And the breakfast was well thought out with a large variety of choices. Negative: Mold in the caulk of the bathtub. Keurig coffeemakers in the room need to be fully sanitized between guests.

Stayed here for a week, and the stay was just average overall. Pros: 1. Good location in terms of access to restaurants, stores, etc. 2. Friendly, and attentive staff Cons: 1. Overall cleanliness of hotel wasn't up to the typical Holiday Inn standard. Carpets on my floor were grimy, and there were several spills that didn't appear to have been cleaned. 2. While breakfast was included in the stay, there was none available throughout the stay. The night of checking in, I was told breakfast would be available from 6 AM. However, the next morning, the lobby was completely empty and I was told 'the staff didn't show up' so there wasn't any breakfast! At a minimum, at least coffee could have been made available in the lobby - but that wasn't the case.

Our stay here wasn’t bad, but there were some unfortunate issues with our room. Our first room the heating/cooling wasn’t working. When we told the front desk, they got us a new room which was great! While the cooler worked in this new room we had some other issues... the shower door would not close, there were crusty stains all over the carpet, and the shades were broken. Overall, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location wasn’t horrible, but the rooms weren’t great.
